 There are the areas that become dirties quick. Imagin picking up sticky remote or finding someone's sandwich crumbs between sofa cushions.  Getting a good sleep is crucial for a relaxing getaway & clean bed - including mattress, pillows & cushions is vital. Evey Airbnb, Vacation & Short-term rental should have a minimum of two sets of bedding for each bed & check for faults such as stains or snags regularly.  Although ideally you want to wash comforters & blankets as often as possible, sometimes if you have a quick turnover this may not be possible. For this reason, it's advisable to use removable duvet covers, to avoid having to wash blankets & quilts which take a long time to dry.

 There's never any excuse for a grimy bathroom If your Airbnb provides towels for your guests, it's essential they are in great condition. The same applies to other basic bathrooms such as shower curtian & bath mats. We all know that mold can build out quite easily in bathrooms do to dump conditions.
